We're confident in Lunoveria's Lion's Mane. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund you — simple as that. We recommend giving it a consistent daily try, since Lion's Mane works gradually, but the guarantee is yours either way.

To request a refund under the guarantee:

  • Include your order number
  • We'll confirm and process your refund — no runaround

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at info@lunoveria.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds Processing

Once your refund is approved, it's processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed and you haven't received it, email us and we'll chase it down.
